Hey guys this is a quick briefing on what I am going to do on my MassFX/Hyperdrol/Retain Log, hopefully I can get some input by the AX reps on if what I am doing is ok.

I plan to do total body workouts in 2 days, with 1 excercise per body part. I will workout my whole body 3 times in 9 days. So in 27 Days I would of worked out each body part 9 times. This is more than the standard two times a week each body part which adds up to a total of 8 times in 28 days. I am upping it slightly because I am expecting very good recovery from this stack as advertised. I will have 3 workout regimens, in which I will rotate. Everytime I come back to the same excercise I will either match or beat in weight/reps vs last time or I will remove the excercise and replace with another. For the most part, I do each excercise with perfect form and a 2 second contraction, along with a 4-6second negative. After failure, I take 15breaths(rest pause) and go till failure again. I rest pause 1more time and hit failure. After failure I take 5 breaths or so and bang out a static(For most excercises). Some of you guys probably already know, this is the base of Dante's Doggcrap training.

Diet: I will be aiming for at least 250+ Protein a day. I am not too exact about my carb intake yet, i think I might do a Carb cycling diet modified for bulking. I will post my class schedule and eating schedule up soon when I get it all worked out. I will also post my which calendar day corresponds to which workout(a,b,c). Ideally I can get some bloodwork on some basic metabolic panels and liver function tests to show how the stack affects those levels. All gains will be denoted with a + next to the excercise weight or reps and all drops...well you will see a new excercise on the next session. So I am aiming for +'s across the board, every day.

Start weight: ~184lbs
Dose: 3 Hyperdrol/Retain/MassFX a day

Today was day one. Nothing special, since today was my off day. But here is a break down of my average diet and dosing.

Wake up at 7 and have a protein shake. At 7:45 I eat a breakfast of like 2slices of bread + eggs or meat protein (around 30grams worth). At 10 I have 2slices of bread and another protein shake. At 1230pm I have a lunch of around 60g carbs and 50g protein from meat with some veggies. At 3 I have a protein shake then hit the gym. During the gym I sip a shake with 30g dextrose added. PWO I have a 48g protein 40g dextrose shake. Should be about 4:30 now. At 6 I have dinner with 60-80g carbs + 40-60g protein. At 8:30 I have a small 20g protein snack (leftovers) then I have a shake with milk at 10:30pm fore I hit bed. I try to hit at least 250+ grams of protein a day. I take my doses of hyperdrol retain and massfx together spread out through the day.

Feelings so far: I am definitely feeling the thirst now. Also, yesterday night, my body temp was up and sweating. Today, my HR was slightly elevated. Nothing special in the gym yet.

Off day. Diet deviated today. I had lots of carbs in the form of french fries and large sodas....lots of sodas haha. Muscles looking fuller, not sure if its the MassFX though, since I had alot more carbs than usual. The sweats are gone and all is normal now.

Sory I Didnt post yesterday, I had alot of work and forgot.O man on Day 5, I started noticing some nice strength gains. Then today, I gained strength and reps from last week vs just one or the other. Endurance is slightly up too.

Outside the gym: The thing I've noticed is that I get kinda sleepy but once I get started in the gym, the energy kicks in hard!

I am thirsty as **** now while I'm on it. O yea, I got a pimple...a friggin big one too.

Day 7

Today was an off day, I decided to do some light ab work. 2 sets of hanging side crunches, hanging leg raises, hyperextensions. I also did 1.5miles Intervals with incline of 15.

Yea, I think the AX stack has kicked in pretty good. I woke up this morning and I wasn't sore at all. Not even physically tired/fatigued. It felt like I didn't even work out yesterday night at all. Felt so good, I decided to do some cardio haha.

The sleepiness after my 2nd dosage kicks pretty hard now. It makes me sleepy as ****. Normally i wouldn't complain but damn i've been trying to study for my exams this week but I keep dozing off heh. No noticable changes in appearance yet. Hopefully in the second week, I start seeing some mass changes.

Day 8+9
Yea, recovery is definitely up. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most pain for DOMS, i get about .1 for DOMS. One problem I have is that my muscles feel wicked tight now though. On top of that, my bones are startin to 'creak a bit, like the joints are dry or something. Strength has been going up well w/ the increased reps and weight. I haven't noticed the muscle fullness thing that some of the other guys talked about yet though.

Just got back from gym + shower. Sorry I haven't kept up with posts guys, Ibeen kinda busy.

I just came back from the gym and man, it wa awesome. I've noticed the muscle fullness now, and after deadlifts my back was jacked. On days 11+12 I was a bit dissapointed however as my gains on the incline were...weak. Also I was actually sore for the days of 12-13. I havent been sore since like day 4 or something of this stack, which was weird. The "thirst" has subsided somewhat and doesn't bother as much anymore. I am hoping to get to 190 by the end of this cycle. I just checked the scale at 188. A bit inaccurate since its end of day, but its a good estimate. I've also noticed better workout sessions at nightime....after all 4 doses. Hopefully that soreness I experienced is just an anomaly and I hope I ain't sore tomorrow morning. Im out, night all.

Today is an off day, and saturday...Thank God, I don't have to study either haha. I think I would make the recommendation that for an average joe w/ less than stellar genetics like me, the 3rd week is when the AX stack fully kicked in. I have body acne now...which sucks haha. But I've noticed that I look a lil leaner, strength gains are good, I'm not sore after workouts, fuller looking muscles, and fuller feeling muscles - like a perpetual pump. I'm gonna see if I can fuel the whole lean thing by hitting the gym for some cardio in a few minutes.

This was my worst workout since the test cycle started. My stamina went down the tubes for my flat bench. On top of that I struggled to put on just 1 rep for deadlifts and chins. My closegrip bench totally sucked. Overall reps, I only matched last week, with subar form. My triceps felt like they was gonna rip. I don't know why today happened the way it did, but i guess I can have a bad day even on MassFX and Hyperdrol.

This work out was ok. I went up a few reps on my leg exercises, but gains were mediocre on the other excercises.
I'm beginning to think that I get my best workouts late night, after I take all 4doses of MassFX/Hyperdrol.

I did good on the Incline DB bench but that was it for good progress. I matched last week for BB Rows and RV grip bench, which is my first time. I woke up pumped w/ full muscles though.

I woke up today with my muscles even more pumped and feeling very very full. I stepped on the scale this morning at 190! A couple of pre-massFX type small gains today. It seems like there are stages for strength, and stages for growth, but not quite at the same time. For me anyways.

Decided to workout today instead of take it off since it is my LAST DAY of this stack, I guess I calculated the #of pills for 28days instead of 30. Ah well. Anyways here are my numbers first.

I switched out standing military presses for seated arnold presses. I also took out the static for rack dead's.

I pretty much made pre-massfx type gains in strength again. The PUMP however was amazing. I'm still pumped...I can't say that its that comfortable though. I hit the scale at 192. 8lb difference since I started. I had a good amount of weight gain the past week. Good stuff. I wish we had enough for a full 8 weeks, cuz the potential for this stack is just starting to show.

I will post a more detailed summary/review for the supplement in a few days, then I get some labs done on me this coming sunday and post those too.

Final Review

My unbiased personal review of Anabolic Xtreme's MassFX/Hyperdrol/Retain product stack.

Pros:
Stength Gains:
I used a scoring system to better show my gains. Because going up in weight but going down in reps might not necessarily constitute a "reasonable" gain, I devised a system to make up for it. Each rep is counted as 10% of the base weight and a static is 5%. Those values are added to the base weight for a score. I will only post the scores and strength gains for the Big Three - Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift.
Squat: At the beginning of the cycle, I had a score of 385 for the squat. At the end of the cycle I had a score of 407. Overall, I had a 5.7% increase in strength for the squat.
Deadlift: At the beginning of the cycle, I had a score of 514.5 for the squat. At the end of the cycle I had a score of 561. Overall, I had a 9.1% increase in strength for the Deadlift.
Bench: At the beginning of the cycle, I had a score of 393.75 for the squat. At the end of the cycle I had a score of 399.75. Overall, I had a 1.5% increase in strength for the Benchpress.

Notice that most of these strength gains were made within the first 3 weeks. The increased strength gains seem to have plateaued around the middle of the 3rd week.

Weight gains:
I started at 184. Ended at 192. Gained 8 lbs.
Most of the significant weight gains were made around the 3-4th week.

Cons:
Price. The price of a full 8 week cycle of MassFX, Hyperdrol, and Retain would be well over 200bucks, unless AX releases a box set with cheaper pricing. Considering that the gains are pretty darn good, and there is no PCT involved, it would be well worth it.

Personal Notes:
What I've noticed is that there were two stages for me. One for strength and one for size. I don't know how the stages would of went if I did a full week cycle. Pumps and muscle fullness peaked around the last 3 days. I woke up feeling like i just hit the weights. Also, DOMS was unfelt almost entirely during the last 3 weeks of the cycle.

Overall Review:
This was a great run. On a preliminary formula, I managed to make pretty decent gains in both strength and size. The final formula would be even better as there is nettle lignan added. Overall, I would say that this is a great product and I would highly recommend it, especially stacked with Hyperdrol and Retain. Thank you Anabolic Xtreme for giving me the opportunity to test this awesome product!

On a side note, while I'm writing this review, the New England Patriots just took a **** in Brad Johnson's mouth along with his crap vikings biggrin.gif
