Well... here it goes. I will start her thread and post the first few workouts since she started back this past Monday.

During workout drink: 5gr creatine & 5 gr glutamine in gatorade
Ab machine 60
Low back hypers
Sides
Superset Rotators in with Rotators out:
3 sets of 21 reps of each
Cable row:
2 sets of 21 with 90lbs
Bench press:
15 reps with 95lbs
8 reps with 135lbs
6 reps with 135lbs
6 reps with 135lbs (with a little help)
Close grip lat pulls:
60lbs x 21
90lbs x 12
Pec Deck:
3 sets of 21 with 40lbs
DB shrugs:
2 sets of 21 with 40lb db’s
Hot Tub & PWO drink 30/60+/0

can't remember the weights, but she took it easy on her knee...
Seated Calves:
5 sets of 21
Leg Ext:
3 sets of 21 with both legs
3 sets of 21 with single leg at a time
Leg Curl:
3 sets of 21 with both legs
3 sets of 21 with single leg at a time
she forgot her workout drink and PWO drink, but i let her go in the hot tub anyway...

we were both dragging ass so we had bad during workout drinks... she had a big coffee... plus we messed up and did not alternate back and forth between biceps and triceps as planned... brain dead...
Ab Machine 60
Hypers
Sides

Alternating DB curls:
15lbs x 21
20lbs x 12
30lbs x 8
DB concentration curls:
3 sets of 8 with 25lb db's
Tricep cable pushdowns with rope:
30lbs x 21
40lbs x 21
50lbs x 21
60lbs x 21
Tricep cable reverse grip one hand:
3 sets of 8 with 30lbs
PWO drink 30/60+/0 & hot tub

i put in the monday, tuesday and wednesday workouts. now you are on your own, i will help you put in friday’s workout, but then you have to post in your damn thread! now make me some oodles of noodles and mow the lawn!

man, she is sacked out cold upstairs. she cut the grass, washed some cars and rode her bike all day on our "off" day from the gym. i told her if she doesn't post something soon, i am going to post naked pics of her!

Funny you should mention that. I checked out her chest workout the other day - impressive benching - I thought "I wonder how big she is" so I checked out her stats. 39" chest caught my eye :)

yep, but much of that is muscle, you know how it is, the more women lift and get lean, the more the boobs go bye bye... but, heck, you can "buy" boobs! it takes work to build all the muscle.
i am hearing good things about those gel implants. but i FEEL that i need to FEEL them out myself b4 i spend the bread!!!

Nice workout! Those are pretty high reps at substantial weights. :)

SLDL: just the oly bar to stretch out

dead lift:
135 - 1 set of 4
100 - 3 sets of 12+
PWO shake and hot tub and swimming
