I know I'm the new guy in here but not to the sport. I look at your stats and wonder how you guys call yourselves powerlifters at all when your toying around with such small wieght.
I'm no strongest man or anything(well maybe someday), but at least I push some big iron.

wow , you've made a great first impression on these boards... maybe you shouldn drop the ego.

How much do you weigh?

I really don't have an ego its just that one would assume that if you are writing in a "power"lifting page than one should have power. Also my wieght fluxuates 5-10 lbs often due to a problem I have with depression and me not getting enough sleep but as of today I wieghed in at 237lbs.

One more thing about my so called ego. I'm recovering from tears to my pec-front delt tie in so the wieght I am useing isn't even my best, but like I said in the above paragraph I opened to this discussion board thinking that I could discuss my routine and maybe get some input to help inprove my lifts but I guess I was wrong.

Oh you definately can get some input to help improve, but when you make in introduction calling everyone weak, you arent going to get any great reactions

And I obviously don't need any advice from you or anyone on this site.

maybe you suffer from depression because everyone dislikes you because you are a dick. haha

i'm a smart ass, but it doesn't effect my self esteem.

Dozer, why are you here? Dont come in and start insulting people. You can get a lot of input here. However, due to the insulting nature of your 1st post, none of that input will be coming from me.
Perhaps if you feel we are inferior, you should just leave.

Oh yeah, you might want to go over to the Teen Bodybuilding board. You'd fit in just perfectly over there.

dozer-This board isn't just about getting input to improve your knowledge of powerlifting. It's a place where a lot of us come to give and recieve encouragement and motivation.
You're right.Compared to you, I'm a pussy(not to mention you've got 40 pounds on me). But, I still go into the gym and put out 110%.
Because you are obviously an advanced lifter, and way ahead of me in strength, I'd probably never give you advice unless for some reason you specifically asked me for it.But, I'd definitely be interested in seeing your training log as I'm sure that despite the fact that you seem like a real prick, I could probably learn a lot from you.

sorry, been really stressed out lately and I suppose I figured I could take it out harmlessly on people I don't know. I'm just an arogant lifter but isn't that what it takes to surpass everyone else in the gym. The loner is sometimes the wisest because he learns from his mistakes and not through someone elses experienced ( or lack there of) advice.

tonight I did
Low box squats: all for 3 reps( 185, 225, 275, 315, 365, 405, 495)
all for 1 rep( 545,575)
good mornings: all for 6 reps (135, 155, 185, 225, 275, 315)

Leg press: all for 25 reps (14plates, 16, 18, 20,)

Barbell curl: 135*12, 155*10, 185*10, 205*8, 225*8

Hammer curl giant set: 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30

sled pull: with 100lbs 400yards arms extended lockout and arms out wide shoulder hieght

actually I train at 2 gyms right now and on my own. One gym is a bodybuilding gym (a friend of mine works there and is letting my train there for free as long as I train legs with him) and the other is a powerlifting gym but no special equipment; yet, he says there will be soon. And the sled dragging I do at home.

How old are you. What fed or feds do you/have you competed in? What state/american/world records do you hold? What state do you live in? I'd like to gain about 30 pounds, compete in your class, and serve you up a big slice of humble pie.

Just give me a date, place, fed and a couple months, and I'll show you who's weak. As long as it's after April, cause I'm doing the WPA Worlds. Unless, that is, maybe you'd like to do the Worlds? With the numbers that you are claiming, you should be able to total 1800-2000.

What do you say? Up to the challenge? Are you a powerlifter?
