Good Morning Ladies. I figured it would be best to post in the female section since i am looking for some info for a female friend of mine and you all are the most polite and helpful on these forums. A friend of mine just purchased Hoodia911. Now i know it's an appetite surpressant but i'm not all too familiar with it and was hoping that i could get some informative opinions about it. She is looking to drop some weight but because of her hectic schedule she is limited to the amount of exercising she can do. She does have dance classes 2-3 times per week for about 2 hours at a clip. Any information about the Hoodia or nutritional info, anything you can help out with would be greatly appreciated. If you need any other information i will gladly get it an post it so that a better assesment can be made. Thank you all so much in advance!!!

Do you know what her nutritional lifestyle is like? I hope she doesn't expect this hoodia supplement to be a quick and easy replacement for good old fashion diet and exercise. Although it may be tricky, it can be done. There's plenty of ladies on this board from all walks of life that do it every day.

What is her height/weight? A typical weekly diet like? What's her schedule like? Dance class 2-3 times a week for 2 hours at a time equates to 4-6 hours of exercise. If she can set aside that time for dance class, then her schedule can't be that hectic.

It may be best for her to come on here and make a profile for herself so that we may converse with her directly.

Anyways, a scholarly search into the research indicates that the dietary benefits of hoodia is still under scrunity. It was only a recent discovery that the African catus had certain hunger-staving properties. However, clinical trials are still undergoing.

BUT once again, what good would a hunger-depressant do for her if she's not eating right to begin with? it'll only mean she'll be eating even less overall, and not the way her body needs in order for her to build a better body.

just my 2.5 cents...
