is there any equipment that is good for abs. Because for everything else there is. Like the bench for your chest. Why is the abs different. It seems like nobody likes anything for abs just because it comes from a commercial. Or is there a good reason.

an bench aint good for your chest :) it's the barbel when you lift it ;)

a normal crunch or a weighted crunch does way way way more and howmuch does that cost ? nothing + nothing

then al those things go like you get a complete workout in 10-15 minutes a day, first you train them every day then no gains after a while

none of those things can get better results then crunches, some of the might be not get worse results but you really wanna pay that much money for something you can do without any devices

and if you go to a gym don't think you see a rack with ab rollers on it, if i ever see a huge bodybuilder using one of those ab rollers or roman chairs i would just be ROFLMAO

No S#!t!!!

My point is that those ab rollers arn't useless. And you dont have to do it for 10 minutes. you can use it in sets if you want. I see a lot of bodybuilders use them. maybe not the huge ones in the magazine because there on steroids.

Roman chairs are not bad. I have one and I use to do back extensions and target my lower back muscles and hamstrings. It has it uses, limited they may be but good.
