i am currently 217 lbs. with 8-10% bodyfat.
my competition is on april 5.

my meals are like this.

1. 1/2 cup oatmeal, whey isolate with water, 5 g glutamine, multivitamin
2. 12 egg whites, 1 can green beans
3. 6oz. chicken breast, 1/2 a sweet potato, B-complex vitamin, iron supplement
4. workout shake: whey isolate, 5g glutamine, 5 g creatine, 1000mg Vitamin C, 20 g dextrose
5. 12 egg whites, 1/2 sweet potato, 1 cup broccoli
6. protien shake
7. can of tuna, 5 g glutamine, zma

i'm lifting 6 days a week and doing cardio every morning for 30-45 minutes, and sometimes more after my lifting.
I also have xenadrine and flax seed oil, but i havent started taking them yet.

can i get any advice on diet or supps or training. how does everything look. i will also try to post some pics pretty soon.

The only thing your diet is missing is a good source of EFAs. I'd advise you to add ground-up flax seeds to every meal. They not only have EFAs, they also have protein and fiber. I'm also really big into cycling protein, carbs, and calories. Your body will adapt to a particular constant intake of macronutrients after a couple of weeks and your diet won't work as well. The key to consistent high-level results is to constantly change your training and diet to fool your body. Your body wants to adapt and survive, not lose fat, so you have to keep it off guard.
