Well, the front page says "Introduce yourself!"
So here goes:
I have only been looking around this site for about a week now but have gained alot of insight (ran into Big Cat once) and some new perspectives. (I started out looking for info about my hubby's training routine.)
I have been doing weight training for about six months and like my toned look. I really like fighting age and gravity. Sure I'll stick with it the rest of my life. I'm primarily a dancer (in class since age 2) and do a good bit of instruction and choreography. Dance is my passion, but I have a new-found satisfaction in strength.

Basic stats:

weakness: dessert after dinner (chocolate!)
age: 31
