I have a BF% competition I'm competing in. The BF% is being measured by Calipur test.
Is there anything I can do the week of, or the day of finals to tighten up for the best possible calipur results?

lose more bodyfat.
some sodium manipulation may help but in the end the largest change will be from fat loss

I don't mean to sound unappreciative, but I'm not looking for general answers like "In order to change your BF% you must lose bodyfat".
I already have an understanding of this, which is why I did not post this question in the Fat Loss topic.
I was wondering if anyone had tips or tricks on subjects like skin tightening that might affect the calipur test by mm's
Right now I'm not intaking any unnecessary sodium.
I'm timing my meals, and intaking LOTs of water daily.
I'm eating very clean, and losing bodyfat very consistently.
The reason for this questions is that I'm up against someone who has 25% more bodyfat to lose than I do, so any little advantage will help.
Like I said, I don't mean to sound unappreciative, I just think losing bodyfat is already a given.

do your still preach HIIT cardio on off days Layne??
Also what if your not cutting??
im just trying to do some cardio to stay the same bf% or maybe go down a little (trying to do the impossible, gain muscle loose fat ;))
this week will be my off day after a 8 week program so do you recomment 3-4 days of hiit during that period??
and next program im doing is OVT which is a 4 day split, if i do cardio on lifting days should i still do HIIT?? i read in your article that you pick the weakest day (i would pick arms) and do cardio then.

yup still recommend it and it is also great for bulking!

well right now iam not doing any cardio because i loose weght to fast and i feel iike my muscles are fading away with cardio iam just letting the diet do the work

Is there such thing as too much HIIT, if its done in 15 min sessions?
5x week? 10x week? 15x week?
