I was wondering if anyone had any links to any decent weight lifting workouts for martial artists, in particular Muay Thai.
I read an article posted here a while ago about a bodyweight workout for martial arts which is useful, but for total strength think a weight lifting routine is needed. But does anyone have any ideas for what sort of routine to take on?
Any advice would be appreciated
