I'm new here. I attached a picture from one of my shows. (Windsor Cup) if your interested.

Anyone know anything about Usnic Acid?

Welcome Noella :)

No pic attached to your post...you might want to try it again.

Usnic acid...like any thermogenic ...use with caution. It can have alot of unpleasant side effects. Personally I don't think there is enough know about long term effects to risk using it.
But I am not a big advocate of most thermogenics anyway.

Usnic acid is not a thermogenic. It's actually an uncoupler. I'm not a biochemist so I really only have a basic understanding of how it works. It's similar to DNP, but supposedly safer. I used it once and I personally would not recommend it. It makes you lethargic as hell and I really didn't notice anything spectacular as far as fat-loss.

i used usnic acid and sodium usniate along with other stuff, i personally liked it. i enjoyed the constant warm feeling, although i dont have a nine to five job so i didnt have to worry about the sweating, i just had a shower when it got too uncomfortable (i did get a rash with my first cycle of ua but havent had a prob since).

the way i and many others got over the lethargy with ua is to use a stimulant (also aided in fatloss), lots and lots of water and coffee and some people take it at night so they dont feel the fatigue as much during the day.

i dont urge anyone to use it and i wouldnt recommend it as everyone reacts differently, but if youve been responsible and done all your research, searched on this site and read all the post then go ahead, you MAY have great results if you're after a relatively fast fat burner.

Start on low doses and have patience, then gradually go up to test tolerance.

cheers
