Well today I receive Vyo-Tech Nitrobolic Extreme and it came in a nice package.

I open it and it had a good smell to it. I took 2 scoops about 30 to 40 minutes before I workout out and as far as taste goes it is really good, it taste a little bit like real juice so they get a 10 for taste. As far as how much quantity came with it I think it should have been fill at the top.

Well to day I did arms and I really felt that pump as soon as I finished my first exercise of reverse press downs.

Also compared to the last workouts I have had this one seem like I had more energy and was able to hit the weights a little bit harder.

The pump was good, arms did feel a little bit swollen then my other workouts but nothing out the ordinary. I'll wait until chest day comes to see how the pump goes.

Well today was not my best day in the gym I think the diet is getting to me.


Today was leg day I did some
Barbell lunges
One leg press
Hack squats
Leg curls

Before my work out I took two scoops Nitrobolic Extreme 30 minutes before I went to the gym. I didn’t really see any energy from this product today or a good pump.But i think it was just me, i did kind of half ass it today.

Chest is tomorrow and we well see how this product really works.

Training experience: Started messing with weights at the age of 14 then at 16 years old I got hooked and started getting real serious from just working my biceps to working everything head to toe. And now I can’t see my self living with out this lifestyle


Training Schedule/Protocol:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: back
Wensday: legs
Thursday: shoulders
Friday: arms
satyrday: rest
Sunday: repeat or rest


Cardio Schedule/Protocol: 15-30

what other supplements are you taking with this? i know you were picked to test like 3 or 4 different products in the last 2 weeks or so. and almost all of them wanted you to start as soon as you got product. so im just wondering how thats gonna effect the way you determine which product does what.


other supplements that iam taking are

bcaa
whey protein
Black Rhino Nutrition fat burner

It was only 3 supplements that i was chosen to test the other one was Meta-Burn XTP, ut that was supposed to a 5 day supply but i recive a whole 60 day supply.

how much caffeine is in this fat burner, and how long you been on it?

you will get desesitized very quickly to caffeine at 400-600 mgs a day (2 serves of the black rhino + 2 scoops of vyotech)

just in regard to logs, and since you will be doing 3 in a short time,

list excersizes and weights if possible - to determine strength increases.
list measurments, to assess lbm gain/fat loss
before and after pics are always helpful
mood/appitite changes are also good value
calorie intake & supplement dosage/timing is helpful

a journal/log book helps you out big time, so you know where your at.

remember you are doing a sposored journal, the better it is, the more worthy you are as a tester, the further you will go.

im assuming you take the fat burner 2 x a day ( as is standard with most)
= 500mg caffeine Before you touch the Vyotech stuff, which i would assume is around the 100mg caffeine per scoop

so your getting up to 700mg a day.

thats a lot dude.

your not gonna get the best out of your nitrobolic. (noxplode syndrome)

Update on my past workouts over a 4 day period

To start it off on Monday

Nitrobolic Extreme was taken 30 minutes before each workout I did this the whole week and I waited and hour and some minutes after I ate to consume my 2 scoops of Nitrobolic Extreme.

Shoulders and traps: rep ranges from 5 to 12

Side raises: 3 sets 1 warm up. Weight# in this order: 20, 30.35.45

Standing military press: 4sets. Weight# in this order: 135.145,155, drop set to 135

Rear delt raises: 4 sets. Weight# in this order: 25,30,35,40

Dumbbell shrugs: 4sets. Weight# in this order: 100 for all sets


Tuesday: back range from 1-12

Pull downs to chest with v-bar: 3 sets. Weight# in this order: not sure

Deadlifits: 4 sets. Weight# in this order: 315, 405, 425. 480

Bent over barbell rows: 4 sets. Weight# in this order: 225 245, 255, 275- drop set

Wide grip pull-ups. 4 sets:

I really liked this back workout I didn’t have a good back work out like this in a long time and also so that was my first time dead lifting 480. Really saw the energy come out that day

Wendsay: legs reps range from 8- 20

Leg extensions: 3 sets. Weight# in this order: was really worrying about the amount of weight on this exercise just trying to get the legs ready for the squats.

Free squats: 4 sets. Weight# in this order: 225,315,365,410

Hack squats: 3 sets weight# in this order: 270, 320, 360

Leg press: 4 sets. Weight# in this order: 540, 630, 720, 810

Well today’s leg day was good I thought I wasn’t going to be able to even do anything when I went to the leg press machine. That was my first time doing that as my last exercise. But I got through it with no problem and I was even able to add 2 more 45's on.

Thursday: chest rep range 3-12

Incline barbell press: 4 sets 1 warm up. Weight# in this order: 155,210,225 245- drop set

Flat barbell press: 4sets. Weight# in this order: 225, 245, 210,185

Weighted dips: 4sets. Weight# in this order: 45, 70, 90, one with no weights

Incline flies: 3 sets. Weight# in this order: 70 for all sets

Chest day was great I got that pump I was looking for I couldn’t squeeze that long because of the huge pump

thought this week I got good pumps but the pumps didn’t last that long for example I leave the gym go to the market and then go home and that takes about 20 30 minutes. And I no longer feel the tightens and thickness anymore

how do you expect either product to work to it's potential?

on one hand you're taking a fatburner, normally done with a cardio/low carb/high intensity workout situation and on the other hand you have a product meant to give preworkout energy/pump in order to build muscle....the two situations don't mix well together
