My dumbass lifted before my first practice because I spaced on when it was and now im sore, and practise starts at 5pm. Anyone got any ideas of how to minimize the soreness??

btw, how do need to work on your 40? 4.7 is great for a defensive end. You probably want to add more weight, but your stats still look good.
