Hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong forum but i did not know where to put it. So on my one off day a week I usually do really low intensity cardio b/c i am cutting. I wanted to know if this was ok because I heard that one day a week you should not do anything no cardio or weights. But by low int cardio I mean REALLY LOW intensity. I usually do 2 mph on a treadmill and most of the time dont even break a sweat. I dont think that this is that bad because it is like I am walking around during the day and such. What do you guys think. O and I weight train 6 days a week. Thanks for your help
