You have to go through the initiation, training, and background check. It helps to have greater then 5 posts as well.

Speaking of pay,
Steve gave me a Ferrari last month. :D. But this is nothing; Pu12 gets his own company jet from Controlled Labs.

There is a whole checklist of things you must do:
1.) You must be able to deep throat a medium sized Banana
2.) You need to get yourself a good pair of knee pads. Or Catcher's gear like baseball players wear.
No in all honesty, you just have to know what your doing and provide good advice to others here. You need a vast knowledge of weightlifting and supplements. And most importantly, you need to be respected by others. It doesn't matter if your Ronnie Coleman, if your full of $hit no one will take you seriously.

Listen, if you're unpaid by your company then sign with me and hold out. We'll make Steve give you a new contract. :D

you have to take a picture of yourself to prove you can hold 2 cups of coffee and a dozen doughnuts at the same time. :) pm it to Blap, he'll let you know
you just need to be around for a while, know your **** and want to help people. Don't do it just for the freebies, you'll be seriously dissapointed. Sometimes people will recommend you to a company, or against you being a rep(in my case;))
