When I came here in Dec. of last year I had the basic knowledge of training,diet and supplements. Now 7 months later I've gained alot of knowlege from this board in particular and just reading articles on the internet. I feel that I'm no where close to being on the same level as some of you guys especially the ones on this list,but I'm getting there with all the help I've recieved on this site.Hopefully by my 2000th post here I'll have twice as much knowledge as I do now. I would like to thank everyone on this list and everyone I left out that has helped me get to where I'm at now(can't list everyone but these 11 members have helped me the most). In no particular order:
