Congrats on the first post. However, my answer will be unoriginal. At 15, you have a few years before needing to think about "exotic supplementation." You're body is growing a-mile-a-minute, and in the next few years will be primed for excellent growth / strength increases. Train carefully until then. Learn to eat well and build discipline. Then, you will be prepared to make the most of supplemental protein and even creatine. Finally, once you have trained hard to bring your body close to its potential, then you might consider additional supplements. Please don't be in a hurry... Enjoy the building process and take time to educate yourself -- your results in 10 years will be excellent.

Well, I knew someone would say something like that. All I want you to understand is; 1. Theres not too much more growing to do-6'1''/209....2.Ive been on previous supplements which have never affected my body negatively. I appreciate the concern, but I am ready for some new things.

I stand by my original advice. Your body is still growing. Negative effects may not be seen for several years yet. You definitely sound like you have a great base to build from, so use that. Train hard, eat big. You won't need the edge for a few years yet. I know that sounds so annoying, but it is very true. I started at 14 and I saw my older brother who was jacked. I wanted it immediately. But, I've really enjoyed the road along the way. I didn't use creatine until I was 19, only because I couldn't afford it till then. But, I'm thankful for the hard work I put in up till that point. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful if this advice is just an old man rambling... but I do speak from experience: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=319237&d=1153542670
