I am taking NO-explode prior to my workouts and was just wondering what a good supplement would be after my workout to help me gain some muscle. I have been taking muscle milk, so should I keep this up or try something different. I am not trying to get bulky, just cut nice and cut.

Does it have to be a single product? I havent seen any one product that has everything in it that I consider to be impt for post-workout. That's not to say they arent out there, I'm just not aware of any. Any ready-to-drink product with lots of carbs and protein would be good, the label should tell you if it's specifically formulated for recovery, which would be better.

I make my own 'single product' by putting whey protein 25 g, glutamine 5-10g, creatine monohydrate 5g, EmergenC 1 packet and maltodextrin 50g in a shaker bottle or empty water bottle. Post workout, add water and drink that within 30 minutes. I use the same mixture pre workout FWIW.

Hope this helps!

Cellmass is a good alternative for PW, with about 40-50 gr of Dextrose...
30 mins later a good protein shake (2 scoops) with some easy to digest food, babyfood? based on rice or suttin..
