View Full Version : How Much Am I Suposed To Lift?

hi guys!

Im really confused i just started weight lifting and im not sure on how much im suposed to be lifting..
i probably sound really dumb but am i suposed to be lifting heavy weights or light?
im trying to lose weight/body fat... gaining a bit muscle wud b great too..
although my main priority is to lose fat..

If your main goal is weight loss , lift a weight that you can do from 10 -15 reps with no more than 30 seconds rest inbetween sets . and at least 3 sets. Good Luck!
