hey all
i would like to know if my grip for benchpress is bad.
when i do it, my thumb is with my other fingers forming a ' C ' shape
-compared to rapping it around in a ' O ' shape. I prefer the first and i can handle more weight maybe cause its a mental thing but..
what do y'all think? could that be bad for my wrists?

As long as you keep your wrists in-line with your forearms, you should be fine. A lot of powerlifters bench like that, not sure why. To each his own, I guess. I prefer the "O" shape, more control over the bar for me.
