Higher Power cee or green bulge?

I have been doing some research on cee and have narrowed down to either buying higher power or green bulge. Anyone have any preferences. I am open to other forms of cee also.

If cost is an issue, the pure CEE products(such as HP) are a better choice over the designer creatines.

I just want to get more muscle mass and get stronger. I work out four times a week. Would it make a difference which one I got? What is the value of a cell volumizer?
