before my workout and then protein after my workout. I am trying to add on some muscle and become more lean.

would that be a pretty effective way of adding muscle. What I do now is just take protein before and after my workout. Should I continue to take protein before along with the no-explode?

take no-xplode pre workout (obviously) then if ur workout is an 1:30 min or something like that take protein right when u get home, if not wait like 30 mins.
