My friend is 5'3'' 105 lbs. She's a twig and she wants to know what the best thing would be to take before she works out to build a little muscle mass. She doesn't want to get ripped or anything, just put a little meat on her bones.

Have her up her carbohydrates a bit and protein. She can also supplement with creatine.
