Hello ladies.
My girlfriend wold like to get back in shape this year, but all the information I have pertains to men, ie. caloric intake etc.
My question is, what is the formula in finding exactly how many cals, pro, carbs, fat a female should be consuming.

The answer is...there is not answer...It really depends on her goals. Does she want to...
build muscle?
burn fat?
both?
How much is she currently eating?
HOw much does she weigh?
Is she carbohydrate sensitive/diabetic?
Does she workout?
Does she workout with weights?
Does her family have a history of obesity/diabetes?
I like to gather as much information as I can on someone before I set out a diet plan as the more I know...the more I can cater the diet towards their needs.
