I put that name on there for some reason i dont really know.I am 12 and i have been lifting continuisly since age 11.Today was back/shoulder day.I didnt feel like it would be as good as it turned out until i got itno the workout.
I seen 165lbs on the bar so i just did one deadlift while i was waiting on my ipod to charge.Then i started the routine.



Bent over lateral raises:2x10 10 lbs
Lateral raises:2x10 10lbs
Front raises: 2x10 10lbs
Upright rows:3x10 40lbs
Military press superseted with behind neck press: 2x10 40lbs
Front pullups 1x6
rear pullups 1x6
Deadlift 1x8 115
deadlift 1x8 125
deadlift 1x8 145
Bent over db rows: 2x10 30lbs

I just did a max deadlift and got 195 with a belt.

Wow. u got some real talent if ur only 12. U seem to be serious about it to. How come u did 3 sets of uprites but only 2 sets of the others? Did someone show u that? if they did let me know. let me know what u do for pecs to.

Thats awesome man- getting into this at 12 is gonna make you a huge bloke when your older :)

I Did biceps and triceps today.It went ok.

The reason i dont use a bunch of wieght is because i use strict form on these.I use almost perfect form.

Barbell curls:3x8 45lbs
Ez bar curls:3x8 45lbs
Incline DB curls:2x8 18lbs
Db curls:1x8 18bs
BB preacher curls:3x8 45lbs
CG bench press:2x6 95lbs

Those pull-ups would make a great YouTube video. Congrats on the 195 deadlift - that's a lot for 12.

Damn, that's a lot of sets for biceps! Your arms must be wasted after all that.
