So recently i have become extremely stressed but strangely enough not that depressed just lack of emotion. I just lost my best friend, almost lost my grandmother, my coach was diagnosed with testicular cancer that had spread to his liver and kidneys, I have been going to 16 hours of school a week along with a 50 hr work week and I somehow fit time in to workout but its gettin to me. I don't fee like im performing up to par. Is there anything I can take such as a cortisol blocker or something to help with the stress and make sure I don't gain any unwanted weight because of it. My life has been looking up though, my gma is recovering and my coach does not need chemo it looks like the surgery was a success so I'm coming back but I don't know, does anyone have any kind of advice for me? Anything will help. My current supplement "stack" I'm taking is:

NO Xplode
Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice
Physique Nutrition Kre-Alkalyn
Multi-Vitamin

Just any support would be cool i guess just feel down in the dumps, but I believe that things will get better so thats good. thanks

yeah, go talk to a counselor, from my SN sounds like your a FF so your dept. should cover you and send you to one. if not try to find one in your area. as for exercising definatly keep it up that helps relieve alot of stress. if you need any advices or help feel free to PM me.

if your just looking for a cortisol blocker, then Lean Extreme is a great one.........but as for the "real life" things you are dealing with, i pray that everything gets better for you, and you learn from this trial.
