i was just wondering if anyone knew anything about methyl-ripped by NxCare. im on my second bottle and its worked pretty well so far. i was jsut curious if it would be a stupid i dea for me to go on to another bottle. this would make 3 in a row. when i first started using it i was quite large now ive slimmed down quite a bit. im not exactly where i want to be and even with 3 days of HIT cardio and a pretty balanced diet i cant seem to drop those extra pounds. any imput would be appreciated! thanks
