best supplement???

hey
i have been working out for over an year, and i dont realy see any difference on myself,,, so i think itz time to change.
As i was researching for the best supplements to gain mass on my body, i found some, their names are listed below

@ 18 all you need supp wise is a protein shake (if your protein intake is not high enough), a good multi, some fish oil and maybe some creatine.

There really is no "best supplement" each has it's own place in the puzzle. Fortunately at your age the puzzle is not very complex . . . eat right, lift hard, and get enough sleep to allow recovery. If you can get those three things in order then you will see much better gains than any supplement or combo of supplements will give you.

maybe protein powder if u dont like eating 5 cans of tuna fish a day
