Hey I've been lifting a few months and have a question pertaining to combining fat burners with weight gainers. What is he doing you may ask? Well, I have stayed the same weight for years with small variation of a couple pounds here or there, and cannot put on weight. I weigh about 150 and also do alot of running. I lift using this program I read from a Gold's Gym book, and vary the exercises for the muscle groups for each particular workout. I run 9 miles on my off days and work out or run 6 days a week. Anyway, I still have a problem toning my legs despite the running and have some fat on the abs still, and was wondering if I could use a fat burner like lipo 6 or Ripped Fuel Metabolic Enhancer to rid me of the fat I have and take weight gainer at the same time to put on mass. I already take protien shakes and bars constantly and am stuck at the weight. I also dont want to use the weight gainer if it is just going to put flab on me if it works quick. Any suggestions of any type? Thanks in advance.

Do Not
I repeat, Do Not take stims before cardio.
What is your daily diet?
The weight gainer could be the problem. If you need extra calories but want to stay lean, you need Mass MEal by Ergopharm.

I eat alot of Protien shakes, protien bars, tofu, fruits and vegetables, chicken, I look at labels and try my best to not eat things that are bad for me in any way. I pretty much eat until I am not hungry and dont eat anymore where ever I stand in the meal. I also eat about 5-6 times a day, whenever I am hungry I eat. I also dont drink so dont get extra calories there. I did just buy today that Weight Gainer and Ripped Fuel Definition today at GNC but didnt even open it yet. I wanted opinions about it before I open it. Why shouldn't use those stims before cardio? I wont now, thanks for telling me. Should I even take that stuff, cause I am lean already, I just see in lifting magazines people who have results and I think if it is possible for me to achieve similair with my routine and that extra stimulant. Should I just eat more? Thanks again.

for a seasoned athlete like yourself, the nutrition and exercises board should be your first stop. Once both your diet and routine are better adjusted to your lifestyle, then is the time to hit the supps for the extra enhancement.
Diet is a science and shouldn't be taken lightly!

I havent opened the weight gainer yet. I could return it if that would be a good suggestion. I havent used both of these things together yet or either of them for that matter. Just my diet and protien shakes and bars.
