You can also buy it in bulk as a standalone and have more control over the dosage...IMO, this is THE most underrated supp out there. The stuff is simply amazing. I guarantee you in a couple of years BA will be regarded as "the next big thing"
I would take around 6g a day broken into at least 2 separate doses
