Mega Cissus Dosing!

Symmerty/Cissus mega dose cycle. You thought cissus was a joint/ligament/tendon supplement well think again. Feel the anabolic Power of the Mega Dose 8 caps a day!

The protocol:

8-12 caps of cissus
4-6 caps symmetry


I suggest taking 2 cissus 10 minutes prior to every meal (6 times a day). I suggest only taking 1 symmetry 4 times a day. All yu need
Important to take first thing with morning meal and pre and post workout meals.

alternative dosing is
4 cissus 1 symmetry in morning meal
4 cissus 2 symmetry pre workout meal
4 cissus 1 symmetry post workout meal

you can decrease the above to 3 cissus 3 times daily. I reccomend starting low working high than chose a constant dose. Run it for 30 days and I am sure you will seriously consider to continue the supplements.

I think it's 3 Cissus and ! symmetry as it corresponds with the sponsored logs. I ran that stack and was impressed, the details of which are here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=786607

I would advise building up starting at 6 caps cissus and 4 caps sym. I felt that 9 caps Cissus and 6 caps Symmetry would have been more than sufficient.

Now all we need is a Symmetry and PowerFULL combo.

PowerFull would make a nice addition. Call it the Satan stack cuz you're gonna dose 6 caps Symmetry, 6 caps PFull and 6 caps Cissus.
