Please, tell me why I can't have the legs like fitness models ? I have the right upper body, but legs don't follow ! I have the right diet (thanks to your advices), my routine is great and I often change it, but not too often, body fat acceptable (16.5 for 40 year old and slim shape 5'8" and 123 lb). I do it all right so why my legs refuse to look like fitness model's legs ?
What is your secret, please, tell me as it's Christmas !

Although fitness models may appear to have slim and tone legs, they are quite muscular, dense, and hard.

Such legs come with precise nutrition, specific training, and moderate cardio. Squats, deads, extensions, and lunges will help build, shape and form the legs.

Hi MsFit ! Your reply helps : you say "moderate cardio". Is 40 minutes a day "moderate", or is it too much already ? Maybe I do too much cardio (well, I needed first to reduce fat, but now, to build such legs, maybe I do too much cardio ?)
About diet, I balance mine better than before, but I still ask to myself if I don't eat too much, with my average 2250 calories a day. If I have less, I feel too tired to lift !
I just started supplementing with HMB, hope it will help. I also think I'll add CLA.
What are your suggestions about that ?

Well you're not overweight according to your stats so moderate cardio would be about 3-4 times a week, 30-40 minutes.

Lose the fat you want first, but don't get down right skinny, then start building the legs. Women have a hard time trying to lose fat and maintain muscle simultaneous due their programmed mind set, but few are successful. Mind over matter.

Eat starchy carbs for breakfast and before resisitance training, and have simple carbs after training. Of course protein with everymeal. Make your other carb meals non-starchy veggies, mostly greens. Lots of water.

Take the HMB between meals, it will help preserve lean muscle tissue. You can add glutamine too before and after training and before bed. ;)

You're welcome. The book is simple to download. All you need is Adobe Acrobat 5.0 and if you don't have it I provide a link so you can download it for free! The book is geared toward weight loss and muscle maintainence, however you can build muscle if you follow the advance training.

I'll be releasing my female bodybuilding eBook in a matter of weeks. ;)

Keep up the good work and make 2003 count!

I'll be interested in your female bodybuilding too ! I once downloaded Acrobat 5, but it never worked (my pc comes a cropper over it )! If your 2d book is to be released in several weeks, it gives me time to find a friend into computers to make it work ! I'll pay attention to your posts to know when it's ready, and BTW good luck for all that work !

My can't download the 5.0 on mine so I still have the 3.5, so I have to route my files to my b/f PC to download properly. If it's not one computer problem it's another! I got Ethernet installed and it messed up my printer and scanner...grrrrr

I've been bombarded with mails for the female bodybuilding book to be released so I have to get jumping. It's nearly complete, I'm just doing the final proofing and making sure everything is tied in correctly. The webpage for it is in the works, nealry complete so it shouldn't be too much longer. I've got my deadline for it Jan 17, but it may be out sooner. I'll put a post up when it's ready. ;)

Thanks for the good luck wish. :)
