cell tech, loading phase ?

i was on cell tech for about two weeks i went through the loading phase the first week then took it as directed the second week. i ran out on june 25 and placed an online order, i wont be able to start taking it again until july 10th, i wanted to know if i had to do a loading phase again ?

Oh snap u on dat dere cell tech man you gonna get hyoooge you dont need to load dat dere cell tech again man theres info out on not needing to load creatine based products.

It depends what type of creatine it is. I believe that Cell Tech(HIGHLY OVERPRICED! - you could have gone much better quality, lower priced), HOWEVER...I believe it is a mono hydrate. With the KreAlkalyn there is no loading. You have to read it before you buy and see what you are getting to know about the loading or no loading. I prefer krealkalyn myself...the crystals give me a REALLY sore stomach...i was never able to get them all dissolved. Anyway...if you are going to do Cell tech..i would say yes to the loading phase again...and drink TONS of water (about 3/4 litres a day!). Good luck!
