alright...on march 10th i have a powerlifting competition(just a church held one, nothing big), but i am aiming to be in the 123 weightclass... currently on an empty stomach i weigh 130(around 12% bodyfat)... for now i am going to be doing cardio Monday, Tuesday Thursday , Saturday. im mainly eating a high protein diet...not the best diet, but its nice and high in protein. I tend to lose weight moderately easily i guess, but how much do u think i would be able to lose in a 2 month period...
