Unfortunatly I will be visting the Oral Surgeon this next month to get quit a few of my defective choppers removed, hence my deliama. I obviosly won't be in the gym for two or three days at best and who knows how long before I can have a decent chunk of meat.
What kind of suppliments whould help me throught this without setting back my diet to badly???

hate to say it man, but it's fluids for you. as stated already protein shakes or MRPs. But look on the bright side, you may get to expierence what a veggie shake tastes like as most of us probably won't venture on that one. :)

Yup, thats about all you can do. On a surgery of mine once I wasnt allowed solids for a month, you will probably be out of the gym equally as long as well. Not like you'd want to workout on a liquid diet anyway.

Well if it's his wisdom teeth he shouldn't be out more than a few days.

I assumed "quite a few" would mean more than wisdom teeth. I was thinking more along the lines of a dead tooth, a cyst, etc. For his sake I hope its just a few.

EAS Myoplex Deluxe is the best formulated MRP on the market now and tastes pretty decent. I have found it on other sites for about $30.00 less.

I suggest a weight gainer drink, and maybe to mix it up a MRP drink. Of course some protein too :)
I like this weight gainer, see if it fits ya.
