I have alot of creatine at my house because my cousin boght alot of it and quit taking it thinking it causes cancer. Im just 3 weeks into my routine. I play basketballl so i'm running ang playing basketballl along witht he weigh training. Should i use creatine???

cancer . . . hmmm . . . I highly doubt that one . . . What gave your cousin that idea?

Creatine will NOT give you cancer. I would be more worried about dehydration. When you take creatine just be sure to drink a lot of water.

Hey, just real quickly I'm gonna toss out a question. Creatine on your off days... yes or no.(when?) Answer would be much appreciated.

if your talking about mono then yes

morning, or whenever convinient
