About 1 months ago I got back into lifting seriously (I was kinda half-assing it for a while). I've been really specific about my diet, supplements, and work-out schedule. Things are going really well, but there's one huge problem.

The supplements are ripping apart my digestive system. big time.

I know an excess of protein can kinda lead to diarrhea, but this is unnatural. Any ideas on a vitamin/supplement/diet change that will calm this down would be greatly appreciated.

How long have you been taking protein sups? Can you drink milk without a problem? If you just started with sups, take only 1 serving a day or even half a seving right after workout. Then after couple of weeks or so, add full serving or another shake sometime in the day. Let you body get used to digesting protein (assuming whey). That goes with any supplements, start with half servings, till used it. Have your carbs (complex) twice as much as your protein intake throughtout the day. Drink a lot of water. If it's what I think your talking about, the burning will go away. LOL. Excess protein will make you constipated, especially if you take to much in one serving.
