THIS IS THE FORMULAR I TAKE TO CONTROL RAPID HEART BEAT ,IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT,FIBULATIONS,THEY MUST BE TAKEN BETWEEN MEALS ,I TAKE THEM a half hour before i eat ,three times a day you can stat with the same doses on the liquid extracts and increase them as you see fit (each person is different),i would not exceed the recomended doses suggested on the bottles ,one important thing to remember is on the hawthorne berries ,which can be taken for life ,if you come off of it it must be tapered off,DO NOT STOP THIS HERB ABROPTLY, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER ,TAPER OFF OF THIS HERB OVER 1-2 WEEKS, the orther herbs you should rest one day a week,and they can be stopped at oncewhen you are on a cycle you will need a little more of the herbs ,the l-carnitineand the GABA ,do not increase those dosages,the herbs i use are from this web site they are the best of all the companys http://www.quantumherbalproducts.com and all the info about the herbs and vitamins and a lot of other medical info can be found at http://www.****************** bookmark them i use them all the time for research especially the vitamin shoppe site,click on the learnimg center tab and choose what you want to know about,her is the formular gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA)I USE THE SOLGAR BRAND 500MG PER VEGICAL,YOU MUST USE 750MG EACH TIME THAT IS THE DOSE TO GET THE TRANGULIZEING EFFECT TAKE TWO CAPS AND OPEN ONE UP AND SPILL OUT HALF,THEN CLOSE UP THE CAP,ALONG WITH L-CARNITINE(I USE THE COUNTRY LIFE BRAND 500MG CAPS)TAKE 1GRAM EACH TIME,ALONG WITH HAWTHORNE BERRIES(15drops)lemon balm(10drops)scullcap(american)(6drops)mulline leaves(6-8drops)mix these liquid extracts in just a little bit of water(about a 1/4 of an inch )and drink them down with the gaba and L-carnitine ,three times a day in between meals ,you may feel a little flushing effect in you head and a slight weakness for a few minutes when the GABA gets to you brain (for me its about 1/2hr after i take them,and then i eat )its normal dont worry about it if it happens,thats what i take evry day for anxiety ,heart irregularities ,and rapid heart beat
