Currently Cutting

Training and Experience:
I have been involved with fitness in one form or another for years It fist started when I was 12 in middle school and played baseball the coach had me pratice sprints. I did that until the 9th grade where I started to stray and did not work out seriouly(aside from going to the weight room a school a few times a month) till I was 19 since then I have been very decidated and since gained over 60lbs.

Cardio:
I do cardio 3 days a week, in a hit similar fashion. (I walk a lap sprint a lap for 30min)

Current Diet:

I eat about 5-6 meals per day. Right now I'm shooting for around 2000-2500 cals a day.

Water Intake:

At least 1-2 gallons a day.


Other Supplements:

Today was a off day, I mixed it with 6oz of water today instead of 8oz and the taste was very strong! but good! This may be a good product to mix your various bulk powders in as it may cover up taste. It has a very powering taste. A little experimentation may go along way. Good so far!

Thanks :) it has always been one of my strong points, maybe next week I will try a max (have not tried in some time) the one rep max calculator on bb.com says I should be able to do 390lbs x 1, but I think I could get ~ 425lbs x 1.

Hey Dan, just found this one. Good luck bro! I'm interested in the focus you get from the Tyrosine and how long it lasts into the test without additional supplementation. I use tyrosine from time to time when I have "distractions" that may take away from quality time in the gym, but it's usually in the 1.5-2 grams range. Interested to see your progress! Keep it up and good luck!

Thanks GG! The Tyrosine does seem to help me. I am very sensitive to stims though! I can't even take E or I will go nuts :eek:, 1 Stim X and I am past good! We will see how it goes! :)

NOTES/FEELINGS:
I took yesterday off due to my neck still feeling a little “odd”. Today I look it easy with lighter weights but I did do supersets which get a damn nice pump going. I feel like I had more endurance and ended up only resting 15-30 seconds between supersets. The pump in my chest seems to be hanging around for awhile, it usually goes away a hour or so after but its been about 6 hours since I worked out and it is still a little swole. Neck seems fine BTW.

Hope nothing too serious with the neck, be sure to take it easy. They say that is can take a few days for problems to set in from an accident.

I am feeling 100% now! It was a good day in the gym, diet is good. I feel stronger,next week I will try for some PRs :) On a side note it is starting to get cold :( I had to turn the heat on last night, that sucks.

Sorry for the lack off updates, I got sick a bad cold or something I didn’t train Thu or Fri, I started to feel better yesterday so I trained today. Diet has been bad as a few of those days I could barely get out of bed let alone eat. Well I am feeling better I am eager to get back to it! (Ohh yeah and watch out for those tigers :) )
