Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):I've been weight training for over 20 years on & off. I've recently(5 weeks) taken up Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling training & would like a boost in my cardio in order to hang in the later rounds with the guys that have been training longer than myself.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Sun: Cardio
Mon: Back & shoulders
Tues: 3 hours Martial Arts
Wed & Thurs: Rest
Fri: Chest & Arms
Sat: 1 hour Jiu-Jitsu session + Legs

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Sun: Hit heavy bag: For 3 5-minute rounds, Jump rope for another 2 5-minute rounds.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I don't count cals. I have maintained my current weight (within 5 lbs both ways) for a year while dropping 2-3% bf with minimal cardio (up until a month ago, that is).

Current Daily water intake: At least 1 1/2 gals

Short Term Goal: Increase endurance as I'm tiring out more quickly than the guys who've been training longer than myself.

Long Term Goal: Bulk up to 205 around 10%.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
Various NO products

Taste: This stuff tastes amazing!!! I added a couple of ice cubes to it & to say it was refreshing would be an understatement. MRM did a great job masking the taste of the citrulline malate. Usually I add some bulk to my Xtend & it doesn't taste very good, but this stuff rocks!.

Performance: I already take citrulline malate, as mentioned above, so I wasn't really expecting to notice a huge difference. I began to tire out around the end of the 4th minute of each round, normally its in the earlier part of the 4th minute. A little improvement. But where I could tell a difference was my recovery between rounds. After the minute rest in between, I was ready to go.

I will do the final two days of reviews in the gym. May do back tonight.

I've saved the Driven for my cardio/martial arts sessions. So I will continue this evening.

Nothing much to post, other than I haven't done one bit of cardio in like 3 weeks & didn't miss a step. :) I was still going longer than over half of the other guys. I still love this stuff. I added more crushed ice to it this time & it tasted even better. Just plain awesome. I will be ordering this shortly.

I'm not a big fan of the taste as you are but I'm glad you like Driven (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mrm/driven.html).

Did you notice a reduction in soreness the next day or any dehydration?

No dehydration as I drink a ton of water, but I'm surprised at how I am not very sore at all. I figured my first day back in 3 weeks I'd be sore as hell, but no, I feel pretty good.
