For spanish Buyers

Hi to everybody!

I post this thread because I buyed for 2 times and It's horrible to wait and wait and wait for packet without know anything about where the packet is...

The last time I ask for express courier because they have the option and you (bodybuilding.com) say me that this option it isn't for spanish buyers.

Ok! It would be nice to have any option to follow our orders because i wait for one month at now for my first buy... I will cry!

Pues estaría bien que la web tuviera una opción de enviar paquetes a España con certificado y numero de seguimiento. Con compañias como Fedex para seguimineto online o algo así....

Llevo un mes esperando mi primer pedido... Voy a llorar!

Woah, so cool that you wrote that in spanish too.

Anyways, it might've been a flukey one time thing. Chances are, it might not always take that long. It is too bad that they don't offer that option for spanish buyers. Although, where exactly do you live? There are a lot of spanish places and it might vary from place to place.

Oh, and did he say why packages sent to spanish places didn't have a number attached? It's not like it would be very hard to do that.

But good luck, hopefully your package arrives soon.

How can you contact customers in Spain and localize the packet. i tried to do this for one week and they say me that they can't do nothing because the packet was without tracking number. can you give the telephone or the way to contact customers and the reference to identificate content?

You lay, you send packets with postal courier when you advice for courier express and i ask for a new order 2100--- and you say it's not possible send to spain with express courier. Why you give the option to chosse if we didn't have???

Yo soy de Ibiza, aunque viviendo en Mallorca ahora. Yo he realizado 2 pedidos y no tuve problema alguno, tardó en llegar unas 2 semanas como mucho creo recordar. Quizás te lo han retenido en la aduana, has llamado?a mi una vez me pasó eso, no con una compra de bb.com, pero con una compra que hice a Estados Unidos.

Parece que si está retenido en aduanas pero llamo i me piden un numero de envio USXXXXXXXX y me pongo en contacto con bb y me dicen que no hay numero de envio xque es por correo ordinario. U sea que ajo y agua (a joderse y aguantarse...)

Pero si en fin de mes no me ha llegado hare un devolución del importe cargado en mi tarjeta. Es el último recurso.....

Hola, yo soy de madrid y hace ya 17 dias que salio mi pedido y todavia no se nada. Me entristece mucho que una tienda con tantas ventas tenga un sistema de envio nefasto. Hace poco compre a otra tienda de estados unidos meterial informatio y me lo enviaron por la compañia fedex. En 3 dias ya tenia en mi casa el pedido, tan solo $20 de gastos de envio. ¿llegara algun dia mi pedido?

Otra cosa, ¿llega por correos certificado?

Hi, i´m from Madrid (Spain). 18 days ago my order was shipped and it has not even arrived. the delivery system is very bad, I have bought a small amount of products to see the quality, if I like will buy a great amount, but with this system of delivery it is not possible.

10 days ago it has been buying pc-hardware and I take 3 days in arriving with the company fedex, the shipping cost were $20.

Despues de varios cabreos he decidido esperar a fin de mes i pasar mis e-mails de contacto con bodybuilding y sin respuesta a mi banco para que soliciten la devolucion del importe pagado ya que:

3.- Visto que mienten y engañan, no dudaría en que el paquete ni hubiese salido. No entinedo xque tienen que mentir.

En resumen, el servicio mas que pésimo es una estafa! Y por ello emprenderé las acciones judiciales que hagan falta. SERVICIO AL CONSUMIDOR, RECLAMACIÓN JURÍDICA DE VISA, OCU, CONSUMO Y COMERCIO EN EEUU...

I live in Gran Canaria and I do agree it takes time for my good to get here, thats why I always order my stuff and keep stock in hand. Both of us know that the Spanish stuff sucks compared to what these guys sell here and they're cheaper.

got a $350 order to ireland in 7 days, I could track it all the way on fedex, P+P was 89.99 but damb it was a heavy order included 10lbs protein ;)

I was very happy with customer service I got, really fast and helpful.
BB.COM is the best website I know of, so if your never gonna use them again good luck finding another site with th wide range of products,info, and good prices.

Es verdaderamente una lástima que no envien con alguna compañia que te de un numero de seguimiento xque yo por mi parte, si vuelvo a comprar haré pedidos de poco dienro. porque hoy ha llegado pero y el próximo? Y sin ninguna forma de poder controlar que pasa o dónde esta tu pedido. Si hubiese mas garantias me atrevería a hacer pedidos de mas $$$.
