I have read over and over again that the only way women are getting massive muscle gains is by taking some kind of anabolic steroid or super charged hormones.
Truthfully, when we see the girls with huge muscles, what are they on? What are the risks?
There's got to be women out there taking testosterone and andro-products.
What exactly are they doing and for how long?

Are you interested is such massive gains? Are you prepared for any side effects? The prohormones are effective if taken correctly, however they do produce steroid-like side effects.
What are you goals?

Sure - tell me the truth. I see all kinds of conflicting information.
Like today, I went to the vitamin store and started reading labels on andro type products. It seems that only Twinlab has warnings that the product is not for women.
I've heard all the horror stories but what really happens?

What are my goals?
I'm about 120 lbs. and around 5'4. I have a very thin build particular in the upper body and arms.
I'd love to pack more muscle into my back, my chest, my arms and forearms. As a kid I learned to fight with my legs and run because my mother forbid me to lift weights. I can kick like a mule if I want to.
Now I'm unbalanced. I'd love to have a torso and arms like a small tank. Fair enough?
I have lifted weights before and done all kinds of strenuous work. (like in restaurants - bartending, waitressing, buckets of ice, huge containers of liquor).
I can tone up and get some kind of strength but I actually can't seem to pack on anything that looks substantial in that area. The best I ever did was a year I cleaned houses. I had great back muscles.
Anything you recommend has to be done at home with free weights. I don't have the cash to join a gym.
Thanks :)

Gyms can be expensive, depending on where you live. If money is tight right now try cardio and good clean eating. Do you have any equipment at home to train with?
The prohormones act like steroids in the body, they will produce gains, and they will produce side effects associated with steroids, facial hair, deepened voice..... Taking such supplements is a personal decision, expensive, and side effects will last a life time. Not to steer you away, but just weight out the pros and cons. Be sure it's what you want to do.
