Today is the start of a 1 month review on the above company's fat burner Shred. This is my first review. I frequent this website often but rarely post. I will do my best on the review. A little background: 26 yr old male, 5 '11 183 lbs. 10.5 % bf. Just fininshed a 6 week "cut" to go to florida. Spent the last 7 days pigging out on Filet, pizza and Corona. Today was back and bi's.
Previous fat burners tried: Muscletech's thermo-shed, The old/good hydroxycut and ASt's Dymetadrine extreme.
I took 1 serv( 2 pills) aprox 15 minutes before training today. I defintely noticed an increase in warmth and a little more focus than usual. That could be because of one week of rest/binging. I felt a little more sustained energy than with other fat burners but not an immediate increase-( the best immediated increase I've had has been ast's product for pill form and good ole' speed stack for liquid) A very good positive is usually after a hard back(or leg workout), especially after using a thermo- I want to crash. So far not today. I will use one serving early am and one serv no later than 3pm. If possible on weight days I will consume one serv before weights. Any questions feel free to ask. Like I said this is my First review so if I'm leaving anything out let me know. Thanks

Congrats on your first log!
A few pointers that will help some of us follow. These are only suggestions so do what you think is best.
In the title put the day (ex. Day 1)
On each day add some info like
1. Cardio, weights, off day and ellaborate as much as you like if you want specific excersizes.
2. Provide a weekly (or whenever you like) weight/bf
3. Posting you diet is a pain but will help others and yourself for critique. If you eat basically the same like me just put in a blurb of a typical days diet and macro breakdown.
4. Before and after pics. Pics draw more people to your log IMO and some people might relate to you if they have the same or similar builds.
5. List your other supplements if any you take and maybe timing.
6. Throw in you personality. Humor always helps when reading some of these dry logs.
Basically put in anything and everything you can. The more you right the more people can give you suggestions on how to improve. Anyway good luck bro and I will also be testing this sometime next week.

early am dose and some cardio.(30 minutes)
I'll be following a 4 day split for weights and try to get in at least 3hours of cardio weekly. my nutr. will consist of the following.
1. On weight days I'll shoot for aprox. 200 or so grams of carbs
2. on non-weight days i;ll aim for under 100
3. simple sugar will be consumed only after post wts.
4. protein choices: chicken, tuna, lean beef,pork
5.shakes will be consumed on a minimal basis(only after weights)
6. On occasion, I'll have a lean mass matrix(prolab) as a meal (40/40/20)
7. The protein I'm using is ON
8.Due to my work schedule--- am cardio is out of ?(cardio will be done mid-afternoon or approx 7pm)

Sorry since the last post.(having home computer problems and VERY limited use at work)
I also want to say thanks to Millennium Sport Technologies for letting me test this product.
I have not cheated on any portion of my diet and I feel my skin is looking a little tighter. I will get my bodyfat % done in a few days. The product is doing a wonderful job as an appetite suppressant, I am certainly noticing That I'm alot warmer(which is good and bad-- i know it's working but i'm sweating like crazy) I'm consistenly taking an a.m. and pre-workout dose. There is not really anything like a crash associated with the use of this product.(unlike the majority of other fat burners or stimulant based products)
The one area I feel it could be a little stronger would be in the area of pre-workout energizer(which is probably why I dont notice a crash) I can feel a difference about 15 minutes or so into my workout. I feel like i'm unsure as to how far in advance i should consume a serving before weights. Sometimes I feel the effects pretty quickly and other times towards the end of my session. This is just a minor inconvenience as long as my bf% decreases. I'm doing 2 pills a.m. and another 2 pre weights like I mentioned above so I'm on pace to go through 2 bottles in 1 month. The cost of that on this website I believe is $60. Seems a little step, but I guess if you break down any supplement and use it consistently, the price is reasonable.

That's at max dosage as well. Most people find it works quite well at 2 per day ($26.00 per month). As far as the pre-workout use, try taking it 30 minutes pre-workout to allow the product to take full effect. Nice log!

Just completed 9 days of use. I'm really liking this product! I think after a long bulk, when it's time to lean out again I will use this again. So far I've lost a half percent bf. without losing any weight. I stayed at 183 lbs.(morning weight) and the calipers read 10.0% ---> this is the lowest i've been in quite some time. With so many supplement companies and products, I don't know if I would have honestly tried this one.(Thanks again to Mill. Sport Tech!!!) I think this company produces a good fat burning/app. suppresant product. So i'm almost 1/3 of the way done with this product. If everything goes as planned and I cut a few more carbs, I'm hoping to hit 8.0% and stay above 180 lbs or so. The only drawback is I sweat so damn much.(def. an increase since using this product.) One of my good friends, in a drunken stuppor knocked my digital camera out of my hands and i'm waiting for the repairs to be done. I'd like to get some pics up soon.

Well i have ten days left on this product and have been not nearly able to post as much as I wanted to. My weight is at 179and my last caliper reading (this morn) was @ 8.5%
total results 183lbs------------> 179 4 lbs lost
bodyfat 10.5%------------> 8.5 2.0% lost
This has been done in 20 days or so. I've been killing the cardio. 2 45 min sessions/day and min. carbs
sometimes the only thing getting me up is these damn pills. especially in the am!!!!!
I'm exicted w/ results but I am anticipating/awaiting a good bulk!!!!!!
everyone have a good night
I've been dieting for so long now(10 weeks before test run, for miami) and think I'm mentally done now. especially w/out any shows/contests upcoming. Planning on working w/ layne for a bulk and doing a natural show soon!(would be my first)
