I will try to keep this short and too the point.

I am 25.
5'8 and 127 pounds.
BF-18%-22% not sure because the gym said one thing and my scale says another.

Measurements:
Bust - 31
Waist - 25 or 26
Hips - 34
Butt - 36
Thighs - 21 *ugh*
Calf - 14
Bicep (thinnest part) - 9 inches

I am a dancer and I need to slim down. I got down to 115 pounds a couple years ago and from visual assessment was leaner then I am now. I had to take some time off and now I need to get back into top form. It has been suggested that 110 - 115ish would be a good weight for me (dancing wise).

I can't get bulky. I would ideally like to lose a couple inches off my thighs and obviously lower my body fat.

What I would like to know is what type of program, you the experts would recommend. What BF% is a realistic goal that can be maintained? How much cardio? What type of results can I expect... How long to reach my goal? Currently I have been doing too much cardio I think (1-3 hours a day) with biceps/ back, shoulders/ chest, and legs/ triceps. I am also trying to do a couple yoga and pilates classes per week. I dance 5 - 6 days a week.

I am planning on getting a personal trainer... but won't be able to until Feb or March because of finances. I would really like some advice and motivation to keep me going in the meantime.

Thank you so much!

FIRST THINGS FIRST,

YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. CARDIO IS THE KEY, RUNNING AND BIKE RIDING WILL TONE YOUR LEGS FOR SURE, BUT U WILL NEED MORE. FOR AN OVERALL TONE, I WOULD RECOMMEND CIRCUIT TRAINING MEANING YOU GO LIGHT, BUT YOU DO UPPER AND LOWER WORKOUTS. lIKE I SAID BEFORE, CARDIO AND HIGH REPS IS THE KEY TO THE TONE CASTLE

I would think nutrition would be a big part of weight loss, followed by cardio....
