i did my squats the about a week ago with a slightly heavier weight and when i was finished my lower back was hurting. not like it had a good work out but actually hurt a little bit, like i can't lift too much heavy weight. it also pops when i rotate mt back. i tried doing some squats and stiff legged deadlifts today with a much lighter weight and i was able to do it with out any pain. my question is, about how long should i wait before i began using my usual weight for squats again?
