Baseball isn't a sport your just running around bases. Pitcher aren't considered athletes.
I'm kidding
Football is going to win no need to poll this.
Football is the best to watch. Softball would my choice for best to play. I voted football. Agree that baseball missing makes the poll a little weak.

I don't watch sports, but basketball is my favorite to play. Baseball? Please, it would be more exciting if they took the players off the field so you could watch the grass grow.

People that say baseball is boring just don't understand baseball.
One of the most exciting moments I've ever seen in sports was 2005 ALDS Game 3 White Sox v. BoSox when El Duque came into the inning with the bases loaded and no outs and got out of the jam without allowing a run. Edge of my seat the whole time.
Also, most people that say "I don't like to watch sports, I just like to play them" say that as a cover because they don't know jack **** about sports and they're embarrassed about it.
In regards to the poll: I picked hockey, but I would've checked baseball too were it an option.
Wheyhem.

I used to watch and play sports all the time- basketball, football, softball/baseball, soccer, golf, etc. Played some of them on the school team, some in intramurals or summer leagues, some just for fun with friends. Watched pro, a little college. At the time, I actually did know jack ****. I just lost interest over a period of a few years, and looking at it now, I just don't care to make the effort to learn the "who's who" of a bunch of guys playing a game. It's just unimportant to me.

I've never surfed yet, but I've spent alot of time snowboarding, wakeboarding and skateboaring.
Snowboarding is my favorite with skateboarding coming close second, if I got to wakeboard more often I'd prolly like it more.
I hate regular sports. No rush whatsoever.

I agree! Unless your playing a big/important game, regular sports don't provide any kind or rush. I mean, it feels good shooting a 3-pointer or scoring a touch-down, but it can't compare to the feeling you get charging down a mountain slope or carving across the face of a massive wall of water.

I don't really watch sports but I like running so I guess that makes me track. I was into sprinting when I was in school but I used longer distances for my cardio/bf cutting now.

*yawn*
what a pant load. how do you play a sport you know nothing about? wouldn't people that don't know about sports be more likely to WATCH them than PLAY them? you have some strange reasoning going on. i'm not sure where you got your little psycho-analysis from, but i'm guessing it was from your ass. you could teach me every god damn rule and philosophy in the book about all of the sports on that list (and baseball) and i'd still fall asleep watching that ****. face it, some people just find those sports boring. no need to insult them for it. get over it.
