Hello! First thing first-thanks to uhockey, jkeithc82 and all the rest of the DS and Scivation people for letting me log your products :).

As you can tell by my title, I am cutting for my honeymoon to Cabo San Lucas at the beginning of August and would like to look killer!

I'm going to try to make this log pretty and colorful :D. If I am leaving out any details that you'd like me to include, please let me know.

Background and Goal
I have been lifting seriously for just over a year and my goal is to lose about 5% bodyfat by August. I am currently in my last semester of school and I work a full time job and a part time job and I tend to get off track as things get stressful and busy. For the month of this log I am going to try my best to keep my cheats minimal and really focus on losing this lingering bodyfat.

Diet
My diet will be a 40/40/20 of roughly 1600-1800 cals. I attempted to carb cycle for a few weeks recently but it set off some binge tendencies that I'd rather leave behind :o.

Workouts
I currently do three full body workouts per week, two heavy days and one light day per week. My full body's consist of: squats, stiff legged deads, step ups/lunges, incline bench, seated rows, military press, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, calf raises, and flys. I also do 4 days of cardio, 1 day spinning in the AM, 1 day moderate intensity (elliptical/running) AM, and 2 days post full body workout per week.

Stats
Height: 6'
Weight: 177.5*
Bodyfat: 25.5% tanita'd
Waist: 28.5
Bust: 36
Hips (around hip bones): 36
Abdomen (around belly button): 32.5
Butt: 41.75

*On cycle and holding a good bit of water :(

Pics to come Sunday

Dosing
I will be starting with 1 MP and 1 Sesamin twice a day with meals and moving up quickly to 2 MP and 2 Sesamin twice per day if all is well. I will also be supplementing with Mg, fish oil, whey, and a multi.

Woo Hoo!
I am really excited to start tomorrow and I will have my first update with pics then as well. Please feel free to leave feedback/questions if you have any. :)

Arose, I wish you the best of luck with your goals and the supps :)

In combination with your supplement stack do you plan on altering your diet in any way to maximize the fat loss? I know you mentioned carb cycling didn't work for you...

Thanks pu and 40!

uhockey-yep, 6'...I'm okay with it now but when you're 5'8" in 8th grade it tends to take a toll on a kid's self esteem :D!

Mommy-thanks! I'm going to lower my carbs a bit and taper them through the day. In the past I've been on a pretty high carb diet with much success but recently I've run into some plateau's....hopefully with MP/sesamin and a lower carb diet I can get past those :). Not going to lower a ton, probably stay within 100-150 grams per day.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dosing Begins!
I actually took one MP last night before I went to bed...I'm a firm believer in the placebo effect and I didn't want to "make" myself feel sick (or any other sides). I was fine :). I took 1 MP and 1 Sesamin this morning and will take another dose in a couple of hours.
Workout
15 minutes whirlpool. 15 minutes sauna. *wipes forehead* Tough one today! Its an off day actually and I've recently injured myself a bit (back, neck, elbow) so I hope this helps :eek:.
Just wanted to say GOOD LUCK..
and watch out for that soon to be hurricane Alberto. Looks as if it might be headed your way. I'll only get a little squall or two (or ten). Be safe through the storm. Consider this a warm up of whats to come. ha.
Also... I read this crazy book on nutrition over the weekend... it might be interesting to read. It's called Skinny Bitch (bad name.. yes). And it talks about being vegetarian, which for a body builder is not very common (no animal protein!!)... but it makes you think. I feel like its always good to be well read... even if you dont agree. Just food for thought :)
Thanks WB-we just MIGHT have to do that challenge ;).
Hey fnf! Thanks for stopping in :)
Saxby-yes, I have a feeling Alberto will be a hurricane :( --- just a 1 though so no worries! You are so right, its just a warm up!!! ha! I've read that book too! (at barnes and noble when I was supposed to be studying ;)). Some of the stuff was good considering the no sugar, no sugar substitutes, no caffeine. Its pretty tough as far as that stuff goes and the vegetarian thing is a bit too much for me! Yes, it does make you think about this lifestyle but what I always come back to is that if I went on a low-calorie cardio-only "toning" program, the second I cheated it'd be over. At least I can maintain this type of lifestyle for life, have my cheats, and not be totally devastated by them because I'm already eating a good amount of cals for me. Have you started a journal yet?
40-yes, I'll take anything fnf says to me and heed it!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~

Workout
Day off to continue healing my injuries...elbow is better, neck is stiff but doesn't hurt as bad, back is still bothering me. I'll be trying to get in cardio tomorrow and then for sure a lifting + cardio session Wednesday.

Diet
Okay. Not great, not terrible...definitely not clean right now. I'm getting my act together though and after I cook all my food tonight I should be rearing to go with lots of clean food for the week.

MP/Sesamin
Good. Nothing significant to note right now.

Have a good day everyone!

About your elbow, I find a combination of heat before workout and cold pack after workout helps tremendously!!! The heat before loosens things up to move easier and then after the cold helps any swelling go down before it can become inflammed. Taking Cissus RX or Motrin everyday, will help as well. I have added Cissus rx to my daily regiman to help me out while lifting heavy, its very hard on your body!

On the 3rd week of Melting Point, I told Uhockey, I swear I can feel the fat being mobilized under my skin, I was like itchy were ever I had more fat, It felt like something was going on down under the skin, LOL but it stoppped after 2 weeks or so, if you get like that let me know! I just think it was getting to work on me. You will lose fat, this is a fact :)

Hi Blap-thanks, we will be safe. This one won't be bad....but the season only started 13 days ago :rolleyes:.

Workout!
SPIN this morning! Wooo hooo it was awesome! It *could* have been from the insane amount of cals I have been taking in the past 3 days but damn, it was awesome. I really pushed myself! That day off yesterday was just what I needed!

Diet
I am SO back on track today. I had time on my spin bike to think a lot about my goals and what I need to do to get to them. So today I am fully back on track on my clean diet and I am not planning to cheat until July 4. I am really excited to be back on my diet full fledged...I feel fat today :(.

Dosing
Been consistent with the 1MP and 1 Sesamin twice a day. By Saturday I will move it up to 2 and 2 twice a day!

Life
So yes, I feel fat today and I have gained some fat...clothes are a bit tight. I feel much better mentally now though and am ready to really keep my diet in check and workouts going for the next month. Thanks for bearing with me :o.

And my pains/injuries are going away (YES!). elbow is better, and neck and back are about 80%. Tomorrow is heavy lifting full body and cardio so hopefully I'll be 90% by then ;).

Just going to weather our little storm here today and try to stay dry! Have a great Tuesday everyone!!!! :D

Yeah the book was a little far out there but I feel like most have to be to make a point. It just reminded me I need to eat more veggies lol. I havent started a journal yet. Ive actually been pretty busy at work this week because I'm leaving thursday for the windy city (Chicago). I'm going to try tho. This week I'm layin off the weights anyway.. my friend slightly pulled her hamstring and I said no weights.. week off. so.. im taking the week off (of weights.. not cardio) with her and we'll see after this weekend about that journal!

I did all ball work yesterday (something I rarely, if ever, do) and it was so hilarious looking. shockingly enough.. i did work up a sweat. Im learning to be less judgemental now. ha.

Keep up the good work and take it one day at a time. it seems to work the best. :)

Hey WB :). Updates are here!

Hey Saxby! Good idea to lay off the weights for a week-next week you are going to be ready to go! I really need to be less judgemental as well with people doing all sorts of different exercises. Not EVERYONE has the same goals as me :p!

Hi FreeBird-Thanks! Thats nice to know I don't look like I weigh that much...the height probably has a lot to do with it.

Hey baby! Happy Hump Day! Good job on the clean eats there missy! And I'm am stoked for you that hubs is back in town tonight. Behave yourself k? ;)
What's your workout looking like these days anyways? I wanted to compare what you have got lined up this time around if you don't mind. I checked out the new routine Miranda had posted up but i am not wanting to do the 3X5's I don't think. :confused: If you get a chance i would love to see what you are doing now so i can steal it and call it my own :D

arose70
06-15-2006, 05:21 AM
NUT! Sorry I didn't see that yesterday...I get sidetracked when I'm trying to write a paper for class, do research on it, and look like I'm working all at the same time :p. My routine is the same....took out a few isolations and only perform them once a week now (and I guess a compound as well...flys and dips) and I always hit the big three, squats, deads, and bench, but have been doing different exercises that I "feel" like doing lately to make gym time more fun. Yesterday I included weighted hypers and cable crunches. I saw Miranda's routine and honestly, it looks tough! I don't know if I can commit 3 days of full body heavy workouts again. That seriously was tough for those few weeks we did that. I'm doing 2 heavy and 1 light day (if I make the light day) now. Sorry, no ideas to steal here :(. Maybe you could periodize your stuff and do a HST type workout (i think you were doing that before?) with a couple weeks at 15 reps, the next two at 10 reps, then 5 reps, and then back up? Its tough though because you don't want any more muscle, right? So maybe just stick to higher reps and do "fun" things that aren't as structured? Oh, Happy Thursday by the way :D.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~
Day 5
Workout
Heavy full body and bball were great yesterday. I miss bball :(. Wish there were more people to get some games going here.
This morning was spin...and holy crap that lady killed us! I can usually keep up with all the instructors whether it be spin/step/etc but today was an exception....I couldn't push as hard as she wanted me to! It was great :D.
Diet
Clean again but with a bit higher cals than I wanted. I probably ate at maintanance yesterday.
Dosing/Effects
Same. Note: I had to stop spin before our last sprint because my calves were cramping up and I couldn't continue. My foot also cramped up yesterday. I'm not attributing this to the MP yet as I only started 5 days ago on 2 MP a day...I think I just had such a tough workout yesterday, little sleep, and then turned around and killed myself this morning again. I'm fine now.
Question!
I am supping with Mg and a multi. I am about to add some ferrous sulfate as I think I am pretty anemic right now (constant struggle). I was also thinking of picking up some K but had a question...I take Yasmin which is a BCP that also has diruetic properties and says its "potassium-sparing" and that I need to ask before I start supping with K. Is this something I should be concerned about if I want to start supping with K? I wasn't going to at all but I figure if I'm picking up the iron, I might has well pick up the K too and work on preventing those cramps (if I get any). Thanks :).
Happy Thursday!!!! ONE MORE DAY!
Hey a new Arose log! :) I missed this while on vacation and sorry I didn't come by your last one very much, I have to go read the end to see how it turned out! You are looking great! I want your calves too!! :D Great log so far, congrats on getting back on the clean diet and I am sure you will be looking awesome for your Cabo vacation! (well, I think you look great now but you know what I mean!)
I supplement with K and did so when I was on MP and I also take Yasmin and I personally didn't notice any issue or problems with it. I had maybe 2 cramping instances in my leg the whole time on MP for 8 weeks and was on Yasmin the whole time. Interesting what you mentioned about it, I had no idea.
Keep up the great job! :D
arose70
06-16-2006, 01:18 PM
Hey Dawn! No worries :p! I'm sure you are busier than ever! That is interesting that you had no effects with the K...I'm not sure what it does or how it interacts with the Yasmin. My guess is that since Yasmin is "potassium-sparing" that it could lead to a build up of K if you supp with it? I'm defnitely no doctor!
No workout today. I'm just REALLY bored at work right now....stacks of papers are looking at me just waiting to be pushed around....and I'm not doin it. Supplementing with the k and mg totally depends on how your body reacts to the TTA. You'll have lots of people who never experience cramping whatsoever, and then you'll have a few that do. It also depends on the amount of TTA you are dosing with. I think you'll be fine. :)
Why are all these young women being prescribed Yasmin as opposed to other oral contraceptives? Strange.
Anyhow, it's probably best that you talk to your doctor before beginning ANY supplement, but taking a few tabs of potassium glucuronate SHOULDN'T be a problem. Simply don't overdo it.
40-yea I know some people don't cramp, I'd just like to prevent if at all possible :). Thanks!
uhockey-hmmm, maybe you can answer this for me? Why is it that whenever I want to "consult" with my physician they won't let me and they will only let me speak to her Medical Assistant? Just curious :o. Thanks for your thoughts. As far as Yasmin goes, I think a lot of girls want it for its diuretic properties, they think it will help them lose weight so they request it. For me, I was on countless pills with countless horrible sides...yasmin still gives me sides, just not to the "horrible" degree :).
Hey Powells! Thanks! Way to go this weekend for yourself!
Workout
Friday was off. Saturday was heavy full body + 15 minutes cardio post workout. I also went for a run that night with hubs. Sunday was off (although I did walk around for 5 hours at one of my jobs). Today is light full body + cardio.
Diet
Good, surprisingly! Friday night I had a cheat MEAL and it did not turn into a binge fest! Saturday I had some ff/sf frozen yogurt (small) and Sunday I had a couple chocolate chip cookies while working. So, I am very pleased that this weekend did not get out of hand as it has been.
Dosing
Upped to 2MP 1Sesamin twice a day since Saturday. Been going great! I woke up Saturday after my cheat with no bloat at all so that was nice!
Other
Finals this week for my first round of summer class! *yuck* Spent much of the weekend sitting around with my laptop and coffee :(. My next summer class starts a week from today and I already have an assignment! Gosh I love school :rolleyes:. Other than that, nothing much to report, although it has been fantastic to have my husband back from his trip!
Happy Monday everyone! :)
Happy Tuesday!
Workout
Last night was a "fun" day at the gym with light weight/high rep. I did lots of stuff and tried hang cleans for the first time! I think I found a new favorite exercise...now I just have to find a way to fit it in :). I also did 20 minutes elliptical post weights.
This morning was spin and I just was not into it. I did it all but felt I didn't have the mental capacity to really push myself. My brain is fried :(.
Diet
Good again! Woo Hoo! Very exciting :D
Dosing
Still on 2MP/1Sesamin twice a day...thinking about adding another dose in there so I'll do 6 a day but we'll see how the 4 a day goes for a while. I did notice a small cramp in my right bicep last night and had to forgo curls.
Other
Holy homework :eek:! Spent a LOT of time last night writing papers/journals/final. I am almost done! That is why my brain is so fried and I definitely feel stressed and mentally/physically exhausted but I'm pushing through! Got my book in the mail for my next class....1100 pages :(. 1/2 of it's case studies :mad:. Good news is my part time job has agreed to cut my hours for the next 7 weeks so I will only be working there Saturday nights for about 7-8 hours! *whew* Have a great day everyone!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~

Workout
Alright, workout was good last night! Full body heavy and I did hang cleans again! I thought I'd be able to do 95lbs no problem but I don't have the momentum or strength down yet so I did 65# :(. Oh well. It was fun and got my heart rate up HIGH! I also did 20 minutes precor cardio.

Today I chose to be off because its my last day of class and I still have things to do for it that I haven't done yet and I will need to get those done at work :eek:!

Diet
Great! Moderation has been my mantra and oh my gosh, its been working ;)!

Dosing
Still on 2MP/1Sesamin twice a day. I've noticed an increase in hunger since Tuesday. I've woken up hungry the past few nights and actually ate something last night. I've also woken up hungry in the mornings and I usually am not. Yesterday I even totalled about 2000 cals and I was still hungry :confused:?

No cramping to note or any other sides right now.

Other
Exhaustion has set in :(. I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night and I am dragging today with a headache and sore throat....I think due to sleep deprivation and the extrememly elevated level of stress I've been under the past few weeks. It will pass by the weekend I hope. I plan to lay out this weekend and bake and let the sun heal me!

Pants are LOOSE! *high five anyone who's around*!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~
Took yesterday off and will do cardio tonight. I finally figured out why I've been oversleeping...my damn alarm is broken! I guess I'm lucky I woke up at all!
Didn't take my 2 caps of MP last night....I was tired and got home at 8:30 from my last class of this semester (if you can call 6 weeks a semester) and couldn't muster up the energy to get them out of my backpack. Pathetic!
Woke up hungry again and I ate TONS yesterday. Hoping this subsides. I am starting to think it is a side I'm getting from the TTA.
Nothing else new. I already have reading and an assignment for my next class which doesn't even start until Monday! Grrrr. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend other than that. I need to recharge before this next 6 week class kicks my ass.
Happy Friday!
Sorry about the lack of attention....I had my surgery shelf exam this week and have been busy.
The reason your Dr. doesn't give you attention is a combination of being overworked and understaffed, like most American pysicians. It's unfortunate and shouldn't be accepted. If you want to talk, demand his/her time. :)
Workout
Some bball on Friday night. No workout other than about 7 hours of walking on saturday. Day off yesterday. Tonight is cardio and tomorrow morning is spin.
Diet
Good. Had outback friday night..not really a cheat though, steak salad! YUM. Ate semi-well the whole weekend.
Dosing
Still at 2MP/1 Ses twice a day. Hunger is a bit less now. Hope that continues. No other sides to note.
Other
Last course of my MBA career starts tonight! Strategic Management *yuck*. The next 6 weeks are going to be rough! But then it will be over and I will be laying in cabo drinking pina coladas and margaritas. Hmmm...that sounds like a good life, i need to figure out how to do THAT for a living!
Oh no 1600 cals :eek: just shoot me now!!!!!!!!! LOL Im so used to 2400 or so on training days that I have a hard time on off days at 1800 avg. Im starving all the time now its so weird!!!!!!!!! I finally got my metabolism where it should be.
Im glad you are doing so well!!!!! And your hunger is being more under control, I never had that on MP but I was also taking BC, so Im sure that helped alot.
Good luck with your strategic management class!!!!!! Im sure you can handle anything!!!! I bet your parents are very proud of you, You are a very hard worker!!!!!!! You deserve a break today :) BUT not at McDonalds!!!!!!!!!!! :eek: lol
Glad to see you doing great! :D School is alot of work, hope you get a long weekend for the 4th to relax :) I also didn;t notice increased hunger on MP but was using other products with appetite control. Sounds like you've got a handle on it now! You are kicking butt on the spinning, that is no joke either! :eek: Have a great night!
Workout
Yesterday was spinning AM and weights PM. Went well!
Diet
Still good. cals were at 1800 yesterday because of spin and lifting but will be back at 1600 today.
Dosing
Still at 2MP/1 Ses twice a day. Feeling a bit bloated but TOM is on its way as well.
Workout
I am taking a week off this week. Haven't taken one in about 5 months :eek:. I will still spin tomorrow morning though.
Diet
Good. Had a nice cheat yesterday for the 4th :).
Dosing
Still at 2MP/1 Ses twice a day. Bloating has gone away and I've actually felt leaner these past few days than ever! :D I've noticed after my cheat yesterday that I feel less bloated than before---always nice!
Afternoon.
I just wanted to get some input about possibly increasing the MP to 6 caps a day dosed at 2/2/2? I would also increase the sesamin to 3 caps a day at 1/1/1 with the MP.
The bottle says "the average 200 lb man" should take 6 caps a day. I know I'm a girl but I'm also 6' tall and 175 lbs :p. No sides to note yet on the MP except for hunger that comes and goes.
Workout
None! Will be back in the gym on Monday or Tuesday.
Diet
Dosing
Other
How are you feeling on the lower calories? Is the MP helping you to be able to maintain that?
arose70
07-07-2006, 11:11 AM
haven't been too hungry after cheating on the 4th. Just kind of eating when I can. I feel fine on the low cal and one thing to note for sure is that my cheats are not effecting me like they used to while on the MP-I'm "recovering" faster and fat gain is minimal (even though weight has gone up due to bloating I believe).
Overall I think if anything the MP increases my appetite.
Thanks for stoppin in Kris :).
Rest week officially ended this morning with spin.
Diet
Okay. I've had zero appetite yesterday and today and am having trouble even wanting to eat :confused:?
Dosing
Workout
Spun yesterday which was great! I really pushed myself! Will do weights tomorrow.
Diet
Still zero appetite although I've managed about 500 more cals yesterday than the previous 4 days, I'm still only at about 1500.
Yep, I have 1 more week and it looks like I'll be done Saturday or Sunday. :D
Workout this weekend was great! I really did well with squats and sldl's after being off of weights for 2 weeks. Bench went down but it'll be up here again shortly.
Nutrition also went well this weekend which I am super happy about. I was able to eat more (although not the greatest cals) and even though I didn't eat the best, I didn't go over maintanence either. So I am starting the week with some nice loose pants :).
I have a midterm tonight which I spent about 2 hours on yesterday studying for.....can we say "grad-itis"! I just want this to be DONE!
Happy Monday All :).
Workout today was spin. My workout partner ditched me and then CALLED my house at 6:30AM while I was still spinning and woke up my hubs to apologize! :rolleyes: Good thing this is a girl I can stand ;).
Nutrition is going well, got my appetite back!
Going to go catch some z's, they have been few and far between but the midterm is over and I think I nailed it :D.
Still no sides from the MP/Sesamin, which is great! Water intake was a little lax last week but I didn't notice anything as far as bad effects from that.
TGIF!
Looks like I'll be done tomorrow with the stack! I am looking forward to it! My only issue is that I *might* not have after pics because of no use of a camera :(. I'll try my best though...and I will definitely have measurements and weight!
This journey was pretty great and I am looking forward to writing my final review---I was very impressed with the MP for sure. And I don't know quite how to rank the sesamin as I couldn't tell if it helped or not. In my vaporize log I noticed that the sesamin may have prevented some fat gain but not to any really noticable effect.
The review will be up this weekend or early next week. Have a great weekend!
Hey Dawn! Thanks! :D
WB-definitely try it...although my supp experience isn't huge, it is the best one I've taken to date ;). I know you've been on e lately so maybe it would be a good idea to go non-stim for a bit?
40-here it is!
Final Review of MP/Sesamin
Energy
No noticeable change. To be expected with non-stims such as MP and Sesamin.
Workouts
Good and consistent throughout. Took one week off in the middle which was greatly needed. Stayed with 2-3 full body's per week and 3-4 cardio sessions per week.
Diet
Um, it was "okay". Did wonderfully for a while, then started doing bad on weekends, great during the week. Been trying to eat healthfully within my cal range while keeping my sanity :o.
Sides
Increased hunger on and off. Increased hunger started about week 2 and lasted about 1.5 weeks. Hunger subsided for about 1 week after that and then came back at about 4.5 weeks.
Bloat was not a factor, I don't believe I held much water throughout.
A bit of tightness in my muscles at about week 3 but that subsided and had no other tightness or cramping at all.
Measurements
As of start of log:
Height: 6'
Weight: 177.5
Bodyfat: 25.5% tanita'd
Waist: 28.5
Bust: 36
Hips (around hip bones): 36
Abdomen (around belly button): 32.5
Butt: 41.75
As of 7/23/06
Weight: 175 (-1.5lbs)
Waist: 28 (-.5)
Bust: 36 (same)
Hips (around hip bones): 35.75 (-.25)
Abdomen (around belly button): 32 (-.5)
Butt: 41.5 (-.25)
Pretty impressive!
For the first time since starting this lifestyle 1.5 years ago, my butt, abdomen, and hip measurements are all at their lowest ever :D.
Overall Impressions
MP is a great product. I am very impressed with this product and am so happy I was given the chance to test the product. I would highly recommend this supp to anyone looking for a non-stim fat loss product.
Scivation's Sesamin is a bit harder to judge. I am not sure that I saw results from it. As in my Vaporize log, it is hard to determine just what the sesamin does. It could perhaps be the synergy from both products that gave me the great results, although it is too difficult to determine that.
Any other questions or comments are welcome...hopefully pics will be up this week! And please let me know if I left anything out!
And thanks to 40 and uhockey for keeping up with my log-it was definitely helpful to have both of you replying and posting in the log.
How was the wedding? And honeymoon? Have you changed since?
arose70
:)
Well, the wedding was almost 2 years ago (before bbing began), we took our honeymoon later when we knew we could go all out. So actually, there is a huge difference between my wedding when I weighed about 168 and when these pics were taken when I weighed about 175. MUCH better now--lowered bodyfat a lot and got rid of some cellulite too. Since these most recent pics I'm back from the honeymoon and I'm fat :(. Its okay though, I'm working on it! I'm almost back to those pics now--of course the honeymoon food binging didn't last only that week...it lasted a few weeks after too. Well worth it though :). I'll be back to those pics in about a month to a month and a half I'd say :D.
Thanks for visiting :).
