hi guys my name is sean and im 18 yrs old.all throughtout my life i was always really fat and now over the last 8 months of starting to get serious bout diet and training. im down to around 160 @5'9. not sure bout bf. I would really like to compete about a year from now. this is my plan over the next two to 3 months i plan to go ona nice long cut to get my bf very low and then over the next 5-6 months clean bulk and then go into contest prep. I will be attending college next year so the bul should be easy. I will also be running cross country in the fall.heres a pic

ok so the cut has begun and i have decided to use a timed carbed diet.

meal 1- 2 scoops on whey w/1 teaspoon of natty pb
snack- handful of almonds
meal 2- tuna w/ salsa
meal 3 after running- scoop of on whey
meal 4- pre workout- 4 0z chicken spinanch
post workout- anator
ppwo- 1 cup oats and 2 scoops on whey
meal 5- lean meat veggies
meal 6- 1 tbsp natty pb

using fitday i burn around 3800-4000 calories a day
