Do any of you ladies participate in any other sports? Since I'm so uncoordinated I don't. I'm lucky I can chew gum and walk at the same time. :D

I tried the hockey last year. Never even been on ice before. I learned how to ice skate in 20 minutes then they put a stick in my hand and was teaching me how to do all that. About 45 minutes later I fell and quit. lmao. Hit my noggin. :(

Martial Arts, Racquetball and most recently gymnastics.

I keep asking myself what the heck I was thinking starting gymnastics at 32 years old!?

Other sports I enjoy are basketball. I love this game with a passion. I been playing since high school, but now when ever I go to the gym with the kids I either shoot baskets, or play a quick pick-up game with whom evers in the gym.

Also, tried to running (track) in high school, but got lost in the woods, and gave up on this sport until I joined the Army. There I had no choice but to participate in this activity. I hate to running to this day!!!!!!!!

I also play football with my 4 year old son. He wears me out!!!!!

The list is a lengthy one as I'm an outdoor enthusiast. My passion is climbing, rock, ice and alpine. I live in a great place for climbing, nestled between the Cascades and the Olympics.

I also love to ski, telemark and some cross country. I road bike and mountain bike, hike and trail run. I'm not much of a bat and ball sporting type. I like to go places far from the madding crowds. I also love competing in multi-sport relays that involve running, cycling, paddling and skiing.

let's see...in highschool I played a lot of basketball...I rode horses ( competed 3 times ), swimming ( But I got too nervous at competitions so I quit ), ...tennis...now it's
Scubadiving ( certified rescue diver ), Skiboarding, rollerblading, martial arts ( tried karate and aikido and used to do some heavy sparring in kickboxing ),..

Soccer and water-polo. ;-) I swim also, in fact I started swimming first before doing water-polo but eventually I realized I'm more of a player/game person so I ended up playing water polo. Unlike soccer/basketball where it's mainly skills and coordination, it's survival kinda game=strongest wins. So weight training is a MUST!

I'm in a social football league. I always always the last-picked-in-gym-class type until I decided to branch out and try football after college. Turns out I'm not terrible at it!

I love hiking and kayaking. I've kinda been dabbling off and on with triathlon the last couple of years.

These days, I spend most of my spare time doing sport shooting though. Competitive operational shooting matches.

I've been playing hockey since I was 7. Definitely one of the few things I am passionate about. I'd really like to get into MMA, but having difficulty finding a gym to train at with my work schedule.
