You should try something different then. There not taking a sitting bait, so try a lure, like a hildebrandt, and a worm. If this is not working, try an artificial lure. I personally love panther martins. If none of these tactics are working for ya, i suggest finding a new place to fish.

Also try to work the shoreline, or around rocks or branches in the water. the fish will hide their for protection, so try to draw them out.

Just in case you don't know how to set up a lure:
1. Attach a snap swivel to your line
2. Lure attachs to one end of swivel(end that opens up)
3.use a lead line, not just a hook, so the bait hangs a bit aways from the lure.

If the hook is to close to the lure, then the fish might hit the lure, instead of the hook, hence the lead line.

You can buy all these things at a department store. If you have any more questions on this ****, e-mail me kyle_m29@hotmail.com

Make your own fishin' pool. Go find a stick about 4 ft long. Tie a string to it. Tie a hook to the other end of the string. Put a worm on the hook. Put the hook in the water. Wait for fisies to come, and go for the worm. Get a bite. Pull it in.
