wondering how to take good pictures.

I am planning on entering the competition featured on the BB.com website, "teenage bodybuilder of the month". My main concern is how to take proper pictures and I was hoping to get some help from anyone with knowledge on posing and picture-taking. I will be using a sony digital camera. So please someone give me some tips.

Look at the posing section on bodybuilding.com. It will teach you everything you need to know about posing. The best lighting for pictures is the sun.
